Selling and buying physical goods is a popular activity. There are many other services that people need such as copywriting, SEO and web development. It is essential for companies to be able to sell all of these services online since it allows them to reach more clients and make more money.
Companies are also increasingly offering services that don’t have a physical component, such as coaching or performance consulting. These kinds of services can be hard to sell because they are a bit more subjective and might require some time to grasp. But, it is essential to sell these services because they can be extremely valuable to customers.
The number of people without internet access has drastically decreased in the last 10 years, however, 3 billion people remain without it. It can also hamper access to healthcare and other services offered by the government.

ICT-related variables (i.e. accessibility, skill to use, and the degree of use) were most consistently associated with benefits. Moreover, self-rated poor health was consistently related to lower perceptions of the benefits of all those studied.
